Alfonzo glanced at his next opponent. Hm...she didn't seem like his last opponent. Yet should he take chances? Then agaaaaain. He'll just start to whistle. He's not going to underestimate the girl, its not what he did. But if he's in the dark, charging in blindly won't do him any good. So he'll wait for her to do something first.
He'll have his hands on Model O within his pockets, yet there didn't seem to be a reason for needing him at this point. But it could change. Whatever happened, the girl better not pull out another damned gun.

Sharpei flipped her hair harshly and gave Alfonzo a lookover. She'd seen this guy in his fight on one of the monitors during round one. This was not going to be like the last round, when she didn't even have to merge, and was able to defeat her opponent with a few well-timed martial-arts-inspired dance steps. This, this was going to be a real fight.
She placed her right hand in her pocket, clutching gently to Model Mt. Like her opponent, she was going to be prepared.
"You showed some sharp skill in the first round. Impressive, really." She smirked, flipping her hair. "I'll be disappointed if you don't give me a good fight like that."
She then slid into a position with her left hand extended, her left leg outstretched, her brownish-red eyes narrowed. She'd wait for him to make the first move, of course. She hoped he'd do it soon--after all, it wasn't polite to keep a lady waiting!

Perfect. This girl had seen his last fight. Well lets put that up on the list of disadvantages he had. The fact that she knew what he was capable of also didn't settle quite right, because if she did...and was this confident, she must have something up her sleeve.
"I try." He'll hum, and just take a stance. However he wasn't about to strike first. No way in hell. "Pardon me while I make a woman's rights worker mad....but ladies first." He'll smirk. It was obvious she was waiting for him...

Of course, even though Sharpei had seen the last fight, the girl still wasn't at a full advantage. She just happened to know that he had some sort of secret form. Perhaps he, too, was a Megaman. But if he merged during the fight, her suspicions would be confirmed--and she would reveal her ace in the hole.
"That's the spirit." She chirped. She then chuckled when he insisted on ladies first. Maybe Metal Man wouldn't have attacked first. But she wasn't her biometal. She was Sharpei frickin' Steele. "Such a gentleman. I'll be sure to make it elegant~." She taunted, sliding herself downward to make a sweeping kick motion, which she hoped she would be able to work into a break-dance maneuver.
It was similar to her tactic in her first fight, to be honest. She'd used a sweeping kick to down her opponent, worked into a break-dance sweeping motion that was actually something something from Capoeira, and did a waltz-step into a roundhouse kick when her opponent had stood up and tried to punch her.
Only she knew already that Alfonzo wouldn't be that pathetic. No. This was just a test of his reactions compared to that weakling from before.

Shit. She could fight on her own? Well if thats the case he may have to use Model O before she does anything that seriously cripples him. As she tries to sweeping kick him, he'll frown and jump backwards, giving some more space between him and her.
"So a martial artist?" He can't help but be curious. He'll now contemplate his options. On one hand if she was a martial artist, he stood no chance unmerged. On the other hand if he merged first she'd know of him...but yet didn't she already? So that surprise is already gone. Plus, him merging would force any kind of transformation or biometal she had out.
"Well if we are going to get serious..." He'll close his eyes, and let the bright flash of him merging take over. And then he's merged, dawned in the same Omega themed armor he had come to call his own. He'll crack his knuckles and materialize his sword.
"But you already saw this coming, didn't you?"

Sharpei wrinkled her nose when Alfonzo dodged her kick. Just what she thought. He definitely wasn't pathetic, and he'd definitely give her a good fight. She pulled herself to her own feet and jumped back.
"...If one considers dance a martial art." She gave her more business-like smile. She had no idea what he was about to do; it was going to be a game-changer for sure, wasn't it? However, she rather enjoyed the banter. "Just so you know...I do consider dance a martial art."
She'd watch for a moment; within a bright flash, that handsome young gentleman was armored. Aha! So this was the form he'd assumed during his last fight, which she had watched on the monitor.
"I can't completely say I did or didn't."
However, now that he'd revealed the ace up his sleeve, it was time for Sharpei to play her trump card of the same suit. She crossed her arms in front of her chest, clutching to Model Mt still with her right hand. and leaped into the air. At the apex of the jump, she clapped her feet together, letting the flash of her merge cover her. Once the flash dissipated, Sharpei's Metal Man-themed armor, complete with the mask over her nose and mouth, would be revealed--in addition to two sharp ceramitanium sawblades--one in each hand. True, the Metal Blades were partly for flash, but they were also there as her defense.
She landed with a style and finesse that was partly her own. Not completely, however. Part of that was her Biometal's style and finesse though neither Sharpei nor Mt would warn him to watch out for their blades or he'd end up headless. Once both feet were, by her perception, firmly on the ground, she would lower her arms, holding the Metal Blades at her side.
"And I suppose this was what you wanted to see as well, wasn't it?"

This girl was fun. Much better than his opponent last time who had absolutely no banter at all. The banter kept the match friendly for the most part, and they could exchange witty comments. This will be a good fight.
And then he'll see the girl transform. His suspicions were correct, in that she did have something to hide. The fact that it was a biometal amused him some, as it would be a fight of megamen to say the least.
"Eeeeh. I'll give you a 7 for the initial start up. But I think the landing was deserving of a 9." Yeah, rating his opponents transformation sequence. Pure Alfonzo. However, he'll note the blades that she dawns. They definitely looked like they could do something if he wasn't careful. He couldn't judge their weight, but if they were single handed and she carried them around with ease that meant they were fast...great. Just what he needed.
"Yes and no. This makes the fight much more fun. If you hadn't it would have been debate-ably easier...but not as fun." Stalling with the banter was a good plan. His mask buster was charged and ready to go. Now he waits...

Sharpei smirked. So he was going to rate her transformation like a judge for a gymnastics event? "Apologies for the slow warmup." She then shifted her right leg forward slightly. "What? Not a 10 for the landing? I guess I should have thrown a backflip in for amusement." She teased. Of course, she kept a good eye on Alfonzo, who it seemed was studying her. She gripped tighter to the circular sawblades in her hands. Time to study her opponent. She couldn't really throw the Metal Blades until she knew what he was going to do.
No, instead she was analyzing. It wasn't the same sort of analysis that her brother would have done. Thor would have watched every little thing. However, Sharpei didn't have time for that.
She only had time to study patterns, try to find possible weak points.

Hm. Well it didn't look like she was going to strike first. A bad thing for him, since if he attacked first and missed, if she was as fast as he predicted...which it seemed like an accurate prediction seeing her transform...he could get nailed with a nasty counter attack.
"Well I can't say it wasn't worth it. But 10's aren't given out lightly. As it was you were the only person to receive anything close to a 9" Like there were others competing.
But back to the match. He needed to know what she was capable of, which would be hard considering the circumstances. Well he still had one thing that he didn't do last round. He'll smirk and rear back his sword, before swinging it horizontally.
Now, there was no way in hell that Alfonzo could make contact with the blade with the distance they have on each other now...but at the cost of 4% WE his blade will generate a plasma wave, as thick, wide, and tall the sword. It will fly towards Sharpei with the speed of a charged shot.

Indeed, she wasn't. Call it strategy--or call it a callback to her Biometal's former self, who never attacked until attacked directly. Either way, Sharpei wanted to know what Alfonzo was capable of just as much as he wanted to know what she was capable of. She couldn't fault him for what she herself was doing, of course.
"Oh, I completely understand. It's like a gymnastics competition" She chuckled lightly.
Sharpei watched the plasma sword with caution. Ack! She really wouldn't want to be a plasma-kebab if she could help it. Of course, with the distance between them, it wasn't going to strike her directly. However, she hadn't expected that plasma wave.
As quickly as she could muster, she leaped, clapping her feet together, as was required for this kind of jumping ability. She had barely made it out of the way in time, feeling the plasma burn and crackle right at the tips of her toes painfully; however, she didn't want to be kept completely on the defensive. Thinking quickly, she hurled the Metal Blade in her left hand first, then the one in her right hand.
That. That had been too close for comfort.

Alfonzo watched as his wave made it way towards his opponent. He'll take note of her jumping over the blade. So he was right..she's a fast one. Thats not a good th-oholyshit she threw her blades. Now, he was curious as to how dangerous they were, he however wasn't going to find out personally.
He'll think fast, his sword is weighing him down at this point, so he'll drop it on the ground and activate his dash, dashing underneath the oncoming blades. One goes by and barely misses his head, taking some hair off. The other was more successful, and struck his back left thigh. He'll cringe. For blades...they did well to cut through thick armor. He had to make note of that. A hit or two more on that area...his armor wouldn't exist there anymore. Not to mention the pain.
"Well its hard to judge fighting techniques isn't it?"
After the dash ends, he'll jump to the side, still trying to maintain distance between him and his opponent. But if she were to charge at him while doing so this could get ugly. He'll look to her, aim...and fire his mask buster. To Sharpei it should look like a charged shot is flying out of his helmet/mask thing.

Sharpei gave a dangerous smirk beneath the faceplate. Yes! One of them nailed him! But she couldn't get cocky now. That would just be spelling her downfall. She landed carefully and tried to avoid the dash as best she could.
"At least, until you're in the heat of battle." She answered, seemingly nonchalant about the whole fight. It was a "friendly" battle. At least, in the sense that killing wasn't allowed. "Ya gotta learn on your feet, just like dancing. After all, doesn't one say 'Let's Dance' when fighting?"
She grimaced when she saw a charged shot coming from his helmet. Well, shoot. No time to dodge, even if she were to use the saw-skates. This was a time to just put her gauntlets in front of her face and hope for the best. Which, in this case, was that the shot would strike--and smart pretty good. Damn. A couple more shots like that and she'd be apologizing to Model Mt about the gauntlets.
She took a few careful, foxtrot-like steps to try to gain a little ground while she produced a new pair of Metal Blades while crossing her arms in front of herself. She always knew learning ballroom dancing steps would pay off one of these days.

He'll smirk at her. Its nice to know this opponent wouldn't be as boring to banter with as his opponent last round. There's still a problem though. She just blocked his shot...which granted gave him some idea as to how armored she was, but yet also...he hit her. Always a good thing to hit your opponent in a fight.
"Some people would say lets dance. Although I'd argue this dance of ours is far different then that of a tango."
And then his mind will go to his injury...that was a pain. It would hinder him later in the fight if it was struck again. And also his sword laying on the ground. That was probably priority number 1. So he'll concentrate, and Sharpei will see Alfonzo's distant blade vanish slowly, only to reappear in his hands. Once that was taken care of he'll keep his gaze at Sharpei as his chest starts to light up in all sorts of colors.
It will take 24% WE, but it'll fix the armor and the leg damage. Just a couple of seconds is needed for it to work its magic.

She couldn't help but chuckle. This fight was actually fun. Even if her Biometal was about to hate her guts for all the damage she had been taking.
"I'd say it's the dance on the line of life and death, personally. The dance where one puts their whole being--body, soul, and mind--on the line." A cocky smirk was crossing her face, though hidden by the mask. However, that smirk could still be seen in her brownish-red rusty-hued eyes.
She watched him carefully. So he was able to teleport his blade to his hands? Well, shoot. That would hinder any chances of separating him from his weapon for very long. So, doing the first thing she could think of, Sharpei Steele did what any self-respecting Metalman Mega Man with Model Mt would do--another projectile spam of a trio of Metal Blades.
