Anyone is welcome. Location: At the edge of the woods. Date: March 28th [/center] Stomping his foot onto a rotted stump, Raven cackled out loud. Oh the feeling of power was in his hands as he stood there, hovering over a cowering and pitiful fool. He and his Bio Metal were far superior to this poor sap that had crossed their paths. A psychotic grin was shown as he leaned over, looking at the sapling of a reploid. This guy was going to be toast in Raven's eye. "I thought you were going to be a bit more fun." He said in a cheery but disappointed tone. His grin was as prominent as the Cheshire cat's grin. The sharp white teeth almost seemed too unreal to the victim of this gruesome team. The reploid cowered in fear. She couldn't believe that someone this crazy had a Biometal at his hands. Slowly and painfully, she backed away from him. Whimpering in pain and begging, pleading to be let go and spared. "Please, spare me. Take everything, anything I own. I don't want to be killed. I have a family, a husband. Please don't kill me off. Just take it all!" She pleaded into her hands. "OH-HO!!! I LOVE this game!" Raven said as he clapped his hands together. His face showed sheer excitement over this. Oh it was just too wonderful for him! He didn't know how to handle it! "Hm. . . Let us see now. Double, my dear pal. What SHOULD we do with this person? Take her money? Steal her goods? Do what we ALWAYS DO?" He slowly turned his head to the side, as if he were just talking to someone who was invisible. "I vote for what we ALWAYS do." His voice was malicious, evil, just down right sinister. The enjoyment of someone suffering before him was simply enlightening. He let out a harsh and diabolical laugh. Raven continued to wear the creepy smile and slowly turned his head. As if he were a puppet and his head was being forced to turn towards his audience while bearing this demonic smile. Pointed teeth showing, the crazed look in his eye. He slowly lifted his hand and crept over towards the cowering woman. "This will be so much fun to HEAR YOU SCREAM! WAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAA!!!!!!!!" A plasma blade shot out from the top of his hand. The blade was pointing right at the woman's neck. From her view point, she could see the blade and just above it, the cold eyes and sinful smile. Her life was going to end right here and right now. She saw him move his blade and she let out an ear piercing scream into the air. People near by could probably hear her painful cry.

Just a little further... Uriah said, panting a bit as he forced his legs to continue running. The employee that Alexandria had told him about was in sight, as was his attacker. For a split second, part of him was afraid that he wouldn't make it in time.
...it was a very split second.
As Raven made his move to end the female's life, Uriah gave a last minute dash of speed, closing the distance between him and the poor woman...
...and placed himself right in between her and Raven. He gave a grunt as he deflected the blade with his own. "Didn't anyone ever tell you it wasn't polite to pick on a woman?" he said with a small grin, turning back to look at the terrified woman. No doubt she wasn't expecting anyone to have saved her. Lucky for her she just so happened to be an important someone. Well. Semi-important anyway. "Don't worry, miss, you're safe in my hands." he gave a reassuring smile before turning back to Raven, his face instantly hardening as he made a move to kick him in the gut, attempting to increase the distance between the two of them.
As he did, Alexandria, who was monitoring the whole thing back from the safety of her office decided she'd break the radio silence that Uriah had requested. "You know, it might be wise to morph into combat mode. I don't want anything to happen to our friend, you know. That's the whole point of, I don't know, saving her?
"Hush, I know what I'm doing. And I don't recall having said radio silence was over." Uriah hissed as his body burst into flames. As they died down Raven would notice that his clothing had been replaced with armor (that resembled a mix between Zero and Model Fx), his shorts having been replaced with leg guards, and finally, his boots, which extended to meet his leg guards. The only unarmored bit was his head. His bright orange hair flickering a bit with the dying ashes that surrounded him.
"Ready to dance, mate?"

He could feel the satisfaction, ringing in his ears. Oh the feeling of seeing someone being slaughtered before him! He was mighty! He was powerful! This pathetic being wasn't going to do anything to stop him! Raven and his Biometal were unstoppable! No one would ever stop them right now! His excitement of killing an innocent and yet useless being was right there.
His blade flew at the woman. She was crying and shivering in terror. Then. Something stopped him. Raven backed off, dumbfounded by this person who stood before him. Who was he? And who gave him the right to stop Raven and Db from killing off someone that probably had no meaning to life. Utter disappointment set it. Anger and annoyance. He couldn't believe someone had the guts to stop him!
The woman had closed her eyes. And when she realized that she was okay and that someone else was talking to her. She slowly looked up. Someone had saved her! Someone saved this poor soul that couldn't do anything to stop Raven from killing her off. She was relieved, but scared at the same time. Could her savior beat this being? "T-T-Thank you so much, sir." She placed her hands together, as if she were trying to bow. But the paint that she obtained from the freak with the angry biometal, stung.
Raven growled and shouted incoherent words. He was furious! How dare he! "Oh my my my! Look what we have here! Someone who wants to PLAY! WELL THEN! LET'S FREAKIN PLAY THIS GAME!!! AAAHAHAHAHAAHAA!!!!" He held his hands at his sides, the plasma blades were showing already, so there was no need to re-call them out again. That would just be silly.
"I'LL KILL YOU TOO SINCE YOU WANT TO DIE. I'LL EVEN LET THE WITCH WATCH YOU SUFFER FROM YOUR DEFEAT. HEEE HEEE HEEE!!" A crazy and psychotic grin absorbed his face. Of course his Biometal was having an uproar of laughter right now. He too was fired up.
Uriah fired a kick at his gut. The contact was there and this sent Raven staggering backwards. Oh this was on now. He could feel his blood pumping through him, he could feel the adrenaline right now. The power he had, he was going to use it right now.
"Move your ass, if you want to live, Raven. Kill him. I want to see the blood on our hands!!!! AAAHAHA!!!"
Raven started to laugh maniacally. "OH I WILL SEE TO IT." He held his right blade at his own face as he looked at Uriah with crazed eyes. Without any warning, he darts at him. Blades, ready to slash at him. One two three! Raven furiously clawed out at Uriah in a chaotic fashion. There was no other thought behind his moves, aside from winning and killing. "COME ON! I'LL MAKE SURE YOUR MAGIC CAN DANCE!"

"No problem, ma'am. he said, not turning to face her. He was completely focused on the challenge at hand. Keeping this woman from getting hurt was top priority.
"That's right, come at me. he hissed, his voice cold for someone who employed the flame element. Perhaps he hadn't completely forgotten what it was like to be emotionless after all. Somewhere in the great digital beyond, Bliz would be proud...if he actually had the programming to be proud, that is.
Uriah quickly grabbed the woman and launched into the air, holding her close to him as he did. He landed ontop of a tree and quickly moved the woman from his arms to his shoulders, storing his blade at his side as he started moving away from Raven.
He had decided, in the two seconds that Raven had talked and acted, that he was no professional...and that he was possibly insane. That translated to a major threat, not to him, but to the woman. He needed to get her away from Raven as quickly as possible...if only he had listened to Alex and brought that portable transerver.
"Why are you running away, is he to strong for you? Do I need to ask Kristine if we can borrow Jake?"
"Negative. After having evaluated the opponent's strength and fighting style I've deemed that priority one is not defeating that man, but getting our friend here away from him. Hopefully I'll be able to find a place that is easy to defend and leave her there before focusing back on him."

Raven completely missed this guy. He had grabbed the woman and was escaping. "AAARGH! GET BACK HERE! DON'T RUN AWAY!! THE GAME ONLY JUST BEGAN!! " He stomped a couple of times before he decided to give chase.
Lucky for Uriah, Raven isn't very skilled on tree climbing, so he was giving chase via running on the turf below the trees. He had to battle his way through the shrubs and smaller trees. Of course, he got annoyed with them, and just started to slash his way through the thinner stuff. "COME OUT! COME OUT! WHEREVER YOU AREEE!!!"
As for the woman, she was still freaking out. This guy that nut case, what was going on!? All she was trying to do was do her job and the crazy guy decided to pick on her. Of course it's the one day where she forgot her small gun and walkie-talkie to contact people that could have helped her. But right now, she was more than happy that someone decided to help.
She will forever be in your debt. The woman held on as tight as she could. She didn't' want to slip and fall off. Of course, Uriah may be able to catch her, but she still didn't want to take the chance. "That guy is a nutjob! He acted so calm and sincere then he just turned when I declined him from an item he wanted." The woman stammered. "All I had was just a bunch of artifacts that are of no use. Unless you're a collector. . ."

"Collector? Nahhh, I was never into that kinda stuff. Consider me a guardian angel. he said with a smile. "That or a friend of your boss. Whichever you like." Uriah spotted a small cave not to far ahead of them and decided that is where he would decide to make his stand.
Quickly he jumped out of the trees and landed with a soft thud a little away from the cave. Slowly he walked into it and pulled the woman off his shoulders, setting her onto the ground in front of him. "I need you to listen carefully," he said, looking behind him to see if Raven had caught up yet. Lucky for them, he hadn't. It seemed the forest was a bit of a hazard for him. "What I'm about to say may sound a bit extreme, but I need you to understand there is a reason behind my 'madness.' This man who is after you seems to lack formal training, as well as overall strength. Therefore if I were to block you in here he wouldn't be able to get at you as easy, if at all. Hopefully I'll have taken care of him before that even becomes an issue, though."
He took a few steps back so he was out of the cave. "Stay there, don't move, and don't panic." He gave her a reassuring smile before moving and slamming his fist into the ground causing a bit of the ceiling of the cave to fall, blocking the entrance to the cave. Afterwards he turned and placed a finger over his earpiece as he waited for Raven to show up.
"This is Uriah. Requesting the extraction of a civilian humanoid that is being hunted by an unknown fighter. Fighter is armed and dangerous but appears to lack anything above basic combat training. Caution is advised. Over."
Silence. Then after a while a voice spoke. Uriah recognized the voice as Alex. Funny how she took her time this time.
"Sorry for the wait, Uriah, I'll see what I can whip up."

The woman was carried to a safer location. She was still weary about what was going on. There were so many confusing things happening. First a nut job with super powers, a guardian angel, and now he's going to fight the loon? She could only wish him luck. Only because she knows the other is mentally unstable. In which should probably be placed out of commission someday.
He placed her down inside of a cave. She looked around. The place certainly looked safer than where she once was. But she wondered what could be inside of it. HOwever, the woman only smiled at Uriah. There was something about him that made her feel that she could trust him. He was going to keep his word and come back. She nodded.
He was telling her to keep calm. She nodded again. "O-Okay. I will sir. Thank you so much. I wish you the best of luck. He's crazy. . ." She watched the cavern close before her. What was going to happen now!? She took a deep breath and closed her eyes tightly. She was scared, freaked out, petrified, right now. Questions crawled into her mind and they lingered in a dull and dark fashion. She wished they would just go away. Let her faith in a complete stranger, a possible guardian, help her. She just wanted him to be okay and the crazy guy gone from their sight. Long gone.
--
As for Raven and his BioMetal, they were wandering aimlessly through the woods. There were so many trees. All of which Raven wished he could just blast down, let them fall to the ground. He just wanted to find that woman and take her life with his own hands. The blood thirst was just too much. He had been laying low for too long. Being good to the other civilians just so he could wander about and do ordinary things. If this woman escaped and same goes with this man that interfered with his plans, his name will be placed on the wanted list.
"Come out come out wherever you are!" Model Db said in a haunting voice. Of course he too wanted part of the fun!
Raven snickered with his manic grin. "We ONLY want to PLAY!" He said out loud. His plasma blade shot through the ferns and bushes. Cutting them, removing them from his path. Oh how the thirst for blood boiled in his mind. "I just want the girl." He cackled.

Just want the girl? Yeah, and I just want to go home. Uriah thought to himself, sighing as he moved away from the cave, heading back towards the forest. After wondering a few minutes he saw Raven again and stared straight at him. There was a serious look on his face the likes of which only a small handful of people had ever seen...unfortunately, Kristine wasn't one of them.
"I'm only going to tell you this once. Leave. Now. I have no qualm with you, and you none with me. If you leave the woman alone I shall spare you the pain of defeat, and very well possibly your life." Was Uriah expecting the man to accept his offer? Hardly. However, a part of him knew that Alexandria would have his head if he didn't at least give the man a chance to repent.
Speaking of her...
"Uriah, report."
"The woman is safe. I'm about to have a little talk with our friend here." he said, cracking his knuckles as he watched Raven closely.

Raven dropped his hands to his side and looked at Uriah skeptically. This guy was definitely a brave soul, walking over to him and trying to talk. Such talk was nothing more than a worthless action to Raven. When he wanted something, it was often difficult for him to change his mind from it. It was probably all due to his unstable mind set.
He placed his left hand on his hip while he let his right hand hang to his side. He was pretty casual right now. Not really taking him seriously. He wanted to laugh at him though. "SPARE ME?" He mocked. "SPAARE ME? Haha! Did you hear that?!" He looked to the side. A normal civilian would think that he was just talking to someone invisible. "Check this guy out! He's being civil. Isn't that just glorious?!" He laughed.
Db laughed too. He thought this was just as amusing. "I love it when people try to confront us and be all hero like. It makes me want to give up my evil ways, and be good for once. But then I remember, I AM good. They just don't agree."[/b]
Raven laughed again. A bit more manic this time. With exaggerated hand movements, he looked back to Uriah with his crazed grin. "Hehehe!!! Are you challenging me now?! Is that it!? You think you can possibly win against me?! I am a GOD." He placed a lot of emphasis on the word God. "You're just nothing more than someone who wants to bug me. Now WHERE IS THE GIRL?" He was beginning to grow impatient right now. His blades were still out as his face turned from a crazy-happy smile to a dark and serious look.

This man was insane. That was the only explanation Uriah could come up with. And no, it wasn't because he was talking to himself.
Unfortunately for him, Uriah couldn't speak biometal, so Model Db's bit went unheard. He was, however, able to figure out that Raven was a Mega Man long before Raven started talking to himself. It was part of the whole "Mega Men Killer" title he had, even though he had given up on it after having been reactivated by Alexandria and Kristine, he still had his equipment to detect Biometal.
...that and combat reploids weren't to common in this era anymore. Put two and two together and it was pretty obvious. Hell, for all he knew Raven could think that he was a Mega Man. The thought made Uriah laugh a little. Him, a Mega Man.
"Well, I never believed much in the divine, but if you of all creators are a god, then I must be something above the gods" he said, looking at Raven with a mock grin. "HOWEVER, if you insist on fighting, I will not back down.
Slowly Uriah took a fighters stance, drawing his sabre and activating it in a single motion. Holding it in front of his face, the orange energy gave the bit of his tan skin an even more of a darker tone to it. He stood there, waiting for him to make the first move.

Raven's eye twitched when Uriah was taking him so lightly. "Hehehehe." He then held out his fist and showed Uriah his blade. A dark grin reappeared on his face as he looked at him. "YOU WILL THINK THAT NOW, KID. But I'll show you what I am made of."
Raven bent his knees and held his fists up in a boxing position. He felt balanced and ready to rumble. "I am not backing away from you. And I WILL get that girl."
Without waiting and wasting more precious time, he crept closer to Uriah. His eyes, never leaving him. Nothing will take his attention and focus away. Even Db was paying full attention. Raven really wanted Uriah to strike first. Then he can react!

Uriah refused to reply back to Raven as he taunted him. The only good thing, as far as he was concerned, that came out of out of the taunt was Uriah finding out that Raven thought he was a kid. Boy was he in for a surprise.
While it was technically true that Uriah was, in fact, a kid, being younger than Alexandria herself, his mind begged to differ along with his skills.
But Raven would just have to find that out the hard way.
The two stood there, staring down the other without any movement between them. Silence. One could say that it was almost...nice.
Until Alexandria decided to break radio silence, AGAIN.
"I'm sorry, Uriah, I don't think we'll be able to help you any...
"Is everything alright, Alex?"
"I'm sorry, Uriah, I have to go. I'll contact you again whenever I can. Good luck."
"Well fan tucking fastic. Looks like I won't be able to mess around with you any." Uriah said, suddenly dashing at full speed towards Raven.

"Oh goody! Someone wants to play!" His taunting almost sounded too giddy over the fact that Uriah was going to just rush at him and strike. This was going to be exciting for him. No way was he going to back away and hightail it now! This was just all becoming so fun! He only wanted to partake on this adventure! And maybe get the girl.
"Move your ass boy!" Db ordered Raven. "Let's show him what you're made of." It was a test to see whether or not Raven was quite good in his eyes. Db is very heartless and won't hesitate on dismissing those he's using.
Raven charged at him as well, his blades out and ready to cut. He swung his right blade in an upwards fashion at Uriah. Upwards slash attack! Could cause nice damage if it made contact with the skin. Also very good with cutting hair without leaving split ends His left arm was positioned by his own rib cage, blade pointed outwards at Uriah.
Once his right blade either missed or hit, Raven made his left blade ready to strike. He thrusts his left blade outwards at him with force. He was going to try a fury of sucker punches and slashes.

How are we still on page one? It feels like we should be on page two by now...Watch this be the starting post for that page .__.
Uriah raised his sabre to block the attack at his head. Maybe it was time he reconsidered what Alexandria said about not wearing helmets...
Nah.
Uriah quickly realized a slight error to his actions. While he was more than just a master swordsman, there was only one of him. And only one sabre. Raven, on the other hand, had two blades. Uriah wasn't a math wiz, but even he could figure out that 2 was greater than 1. The odds of him walking out of this without taking some hits was pretty slim, especially if Raven was as fast as he was.
Only time would tell about the latter, though.
Quickly pushing back, increasing the distance between the two of them he readied himself for his next move, carefully watching Raven.
Part of me is glad Alex had to go. She has a habit of breaking radio silence at the worst possible times...
However...what could be going on over there that made her have to leave? She wasn't scheduled to meet anyone today... his thoughts trailed off as he quickly realized they'd become to distracting, especially the worse case scenarios. He just hopped that, if anything bad happened, Jake was able to take care of the two of them...

Uriah had backed off, away from Raven at this point. He growled between his tightly clenched jaws as he glared at the opponent. He too seemed to be pretty nimble on his own feet. This was going to be a battle of power and chase if they both keep trying to avoid one another's attack. A solo blade, against two smaller ones. The outcome will be quite interesting.
"What's the matter? Scared?" Raven said in a cold hoarse voice. He thought it was funny to see someone like Uriah back off so quickly. It made him want to give chase, but of course that would just drag the fight on longer. Did he want to toy with this guy? Or show him what he had, by going all out on him?
He noticed that Uriah seemed to be conflicted with something. Raven wasn't going to bide his time. He was going to strike right now! He doubled up his fists and snickered some more. Contemplating on what he should do next. Run at him again? Or should he use his plasma disc that he uses when necessary? Unfortunately, he felt that Db would frown upon using that attack on someone like Uriah.
Reaching down, Raven picked up a rock and chucked it at him. "COME ON! STOP DAY DREAMING!" Positive side, at least he didn't try to kill him when he was distracted with thoughts! "I am OVER HERE!" He folded his arms and grumbled.
